Female speaker: My story is about Shel Silverstein's book "The Giving Tree." I have a connection with this book because at my sleepaway camp the two oldest bunks would-- they would read it together with the staff, and we would always-- it would be right after the main banquet, which is when the ninth graders would join the 10th graders. And it's a big emotional night and so afterwards we would always read "The Giving Tree." And it's really letting the older kids pass down the title the reigning title to the ninth graders, because next summer they will be the head of camp. And so it's really emotional because it's the night they--the night before packing day, which is the last day of camp and so every time I see this book in stores I read it. I always think of my camp, my camp friends and how much I miss it.
