Patrick: And I know several writing professors have expressed concern nationally about, "Is the quality of writing the students going to go down as a result of this?" And some results recently in The Chronicle of Higher Education have indicated that writing has actually been better, that programs such as Twitter forcing students to think more concisely, to write more precisely as possible, is what it could do, and so I've been really, really interested in using it, and the response has been pretty good. I'm amazed.
