Interview with Chris Rigdon, Vendor Partner Transcript 2: 06 minutes Cytek is a systems integrator and so we take equipment in the classroom or designs and with the information that we gather from the University and the iTAC staff, we would then take and give recommendations on the design of the equipment that would fit the parameters of the budget. So, we come up with various equipment ideas and designs and present them to the committee and the committee then [we make] will find out if they meet the budget and the criteria of the budget and meet what the overall scope of the project is and then come to a decision on which equipment best suits the installation. Challenges? The biggest challenge was time. Learned? I brought the project manager in, probably not as soon as I would have had I had it to do over again. Appreciate? This room had two projectors in it that shined through a 10 inch by 10-inch hole that had a mount, you know projector mounts that were, it was {the, you know} millimeters of room that you had to get this right for that hole to fit. I appreciate that that worked. Finished it on time. Finished it and you know there were a lot of obstacles on the way and that we did meet the deadline and we did finish it on time. So, those are what I appreciate most. It was a very complex design. Take with me… I will take with me that you never can plan enough. When it was all said and done, that it worked like we said it was going to work.
