The following video provides a glimpse of the various incidents of racial violence that people of color have experienced for many years. These images range from various slave images; to the racism that braceros (composed of mostly Mexicans) faced during the Bracero Program; to the present images of Erik Garner, Trayvon Martin, Pedro Villanueva, among many others who have been recently killed by the Police to show/emphasize that hatred acts against people of color continue to the present day. During the video I purposely juxtapose both old images with new images to show the continuation of this racial violence.
